(3) This post is quite "CHART"

Alam mo yung chart? Diba yun yung maiksi? "chart"

Ok. Haha.

Charts represent data. As simple as that. We've been making charts since grade school . Before, we made charts on paper. We still needed to use a protractor, compass and other measuring instruments to make our charts accurate. Now, we already make charts in Excel.

Making charts the MS Excel is easy. First, you need to select the table containing the data you want to represent. Then click the "insert" tab and choose the appropriate kind of chart you want to use.

There are different kinds of chart in Excel:

  • pie chart shows percentage values as a slice of a pie.
  • line chart is a two-dimensional scatterplot of ordered observations where the observations are connected following their order.
  • column chart is a chart with rectangular bars with lengths proportional to the values that they represent. The bars can be plotted vertically or horizontally.
Other types of charts are radar, bubble, doughnut, stock, etc.

Just remember to put the correct data in the chart.
